today's society in the us and beyond becomes sicker and fatter than ever. I'm
not speaking about the various diseases that happens to nature. What I am
speaking about include the diseases that any of us can control within each of
us.
At one time in the United States when people moved their bodies
regularly. People in the past would walk to their local store as an alternative
to drive with it. Little one that any of us were a nation of farmers. Farmers
grew their unique crops - for his or her family and their community. Everything
was fresh. They even milked their own personal cows and raised chickens for
food. I still remember after i populated my grandfather's farm from the Ozarks.
We an outhouse, a smokehouse, a hen house, cows, and crops. It absolutely was
something to keep in mind, mainly the outhouse. Lime would have to be deposited
to the "poop" one or more times every week.
Today we have now lost much of
what our ancestors did to remain fit. Farm work was challenging. Many people in
this society are certainly not challenging themselves physically.
Starting a
healthy and fit life is not about setting a New Year's resolution. It is
starting and living it every single day of your life beginning immediately. By
